Welcome to Ambusafe Healthtech Pvt. Ltd.! Before subscribing, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Validity:

   Your subscription is valid for one year from the date of enrollment. To ensure continuous coverage, you may renew it annually.

2. Service Coverage:

   Emergency ambulance services are available within the subscribed city limits. Service coverage may be expanded or modified with prior notice.

3. Subscription Fees:

   An annual, non-refundable fee equivalent to 40% of the subscription plan is required. Payments can only be made through the designated payment gateway on our website.

4. Emergency Callouts:

   The subscription includes a limited number of emergency callouts, as per the subscribed plan. Non-emergency transports can be availed at a discounted rate.

5. Eligibility:

   Subscribers must reside within our service area. The subscription is non-transferable to other individuals or locations.

6. Booking and Confirmation:

   Emergency services can be requested through our 24/7 helpline. Confirmation will be provided based on availability, and services will be dispatched promptly.

7. Non-Emergency Services:

   Non-emergency services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply for non-emergency transports.

8. Limitations:

   All services are subject to availability and weather conditions. Ambusafe Healthtech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service due to unsafe conditions or force majeure events.

9. Cancellation and Refund:

   Subscribers may cancel within 7 days of enrollment for a prorated refund. No refunds will be issued after 7 days of subscription.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions:

    Ambusafe Healthtech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice. Subscribers will be informed of any changes via registered contact details.

11. Communication:

    Subscribers are responsible for keeping their contact information updated. Important communications will be sent via email or SMS.

12. Dispute Resolution:

    Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or mediation. In case of legal proceedings, the jurisdiction will be Delhi, India.
